  • How do I book?
    All bookings are handled online via the "book now" buttons located next to the services. You can choose your date and time, and a team member will reach out to you to confirm your services.
  • Can I change my booking?
    After the booking has been confirmed by a team member, there is a $50 rescheduling fee due before the session in order to change the date or time of the service. Location changes are subject to team review after the initial confirmation.
  • Do you have a studio?
    Our team does not currently have a studio location. However, we do have a mobile backdrop and the ability to accomodate in the client's home if needed for portraits. Requests can be made during intitial booking inquiry.
  • When will my photos be ready?
    All final digitial copies will be available on Google Drive within 5-7 business days of your booking date. If adjustments are needed, please reach out to our team so we can make sure you are 100% satisfied with your final products.
  • Do you offer prints?
    We offer a digital copy of your photos! This will be available through Google Drive within 5-7 business days of your booking date.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Unfortunately, we offer a service that cannot be refunded. However, if you are not satisfied with your final product we will coordinate with you to resolve the matter!
